From Idea to Impact
We built Office Hours because we believe the best work happens when people feel connected, and that connection has gotten harder to come by.
In a remote or hybrid workplace, it's easy to go days without a casual conversation. The kind that builds trust, sparks ideas, and makes people feel like they belong. Those small, unplanned moments used to happen on their own. Now they don't. And teams feel it.
Office Hours is our answer. We've built something that lives right inside the tools you use and brings those moments back into the rhythm of the workday, without forcing anything and without the friction that's made other attempts fall flat.
We designed it with two groups in mind. For managers and leadership, we tackle one of the biggest challenges of distributed work: keeping culture alive in a world where the old ways of doing it no longer apply. For team members, we wanted to build something that fits naturally into the day rather than competing with it. We built something that feels less like a tool and more like an open door.
Why we exist
