When you use Office Hours through Microsoft Teams, we receive the following information from Microsoft:

  • User Identifier: Your unique Microsoft Azure AD object ID

  • Email Address: Your organizational email address

  • Display Name: Your name as configured in Microsoft 365

  • Tenant Identifier: Your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant ID

1.2 Information We Generate

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Room Activity: Which rooms you join and when

  • Session Duration: How long you spend in each room

  • Usage Patterns: Aggregated statistics about room usage

1.3 Information from Administrators

Your organization's administrator may provide:

  • License Assignments: Which users have access to Office Hours

  • Room Configuration: Names and descriptions of coworking rooms

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Microsoft: We use Microsoft Graph API to create meetings and send notifications

  • Service Providers: Hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
